The Ordamo® story is all about innovation! The company was incorporated in June 2015 and is the sister company of Compurants Limited (inamo restaurant group). Since then, we’ve been on a mission to transform customer experience.

Mature software was migrated into developing a best-in-class digital ordering solution, available via our cloud-based mobile platform, tabletop tablets, and kiosks. Today, our platform provides a suite of integrated services that allow stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences for their customers.

Ordamo enables operators of all sizes to generate maximum value from the customer journey and future-proof their businesses. Rupert Gutteridge

Chief Executive Officer

Rupert is a highly experienced hospitality technology executive, with a track record of strategy execution, developing high-value capabilities, and delivery. He has built teams of salespeople all over the world, opening offices in Europe, Asia, Australia, and the US. Having worked in the industry for the best part of three decades, initially running hotels and then moving in to providing technology for them, Rupert has a depth of expertise on what it takes to run a successful hospitality business. Prior to joining Ordamo, Rupert worked for companies including Infor, Micros Fidelio, IDeaS and Guestline. Rupert understands how to maximise the value of a business and the importance of consistent high growth, whilst ensuring that customer care is always the main focus of attention. As CEO, Rupert is in charge of leading the company, it’s vision and direction, as well as being responsible for its commercial performance.

James Williams

Chief Financial Officer

James is a Big 4 trained Finance Director with over 20 years experience, with broad corporate roles in companies experiencing change and growth. His various roles within SME and privately owned companies have taken him from Canada to the US and finally to the UK. These roles have covered many different sectors from Warehousing to the Digital Agency world. James believes in a strong hands-on approach to implementing processes and procedures to ensure the companies he works for are best placed for scalability and strong financial reporting. In addition, James has many years of technical and IT systems implementation skills leading to improved operational functionality, as well as corporate and external reporting.

Simon Stockwell

Chief Operating Officer

Simon has over thirty years of experience in the hospitality industry, working for a range of companies from brewers to data consultancy firms. He has built an extensive network of sector relationships across the UK, Europe and the Middle East, thanks to decades of F&B business development. Before joining Ordamo, he ran a tech startup in Dubai for ten years, having previously spent eight years selling beverage alcohol brands in the Middle East and Arabian Gulf for African + Eastern. His background translates to an excellent understanding of the working practices of bars, restaurants and hotels, and Simon is guided by the principle that the client always comes first. As COO, Simon both shapes the strategic direction of the company and drives the day-to-day business.

Dennis Luwer

Chief Marketing Officer

Dennis is a seasoned marketing leader, with years of experience managing international teams at global organisations. Specialising in digital marketing, he has ideated, built and executed multi-channel performance marketing campaigns for companies in the Tech, Retail, FMCG and Financial Services spaces. Prior to joining Ordamo, Dennis worked at American Express as Global Performance Marketing Director, overseeing Paid Search, Social Media and Programmatic Display activity for AMEX North America, Europe & APAC.

Martin Shepherd

Chief Information Officer

Martin's shared passion for innovation and the hospitality industry prompted him to leave a recent role in the health sector, designing technology solutions for operating theatres, to join Ordamo. Inspired by a shared goal to challenge the status quo of traditional hospitality services, Martin now oversees the company's strategic product roadmap for a range of interactive digital menu solutions. Before joining Ordamo, Martin had a successful track record of delivering global technology transformation and software development projects in the investment banking and energy industries. However, his first foray into hospitality technology began in 2011, when he was responsible for leading the development of an innovative projector-based, interactive restaurant ordering system and putting in place a franchise model for future business expansion in Europe.

Hannah Bailey

Business Development Director

Hannah heads up the Business Development team, and is responsible for driving commercial growth. She has a long history in the hospitality industry, starting her career at the Four Seasons, where she worked in sales roles in both London and the US. She went on to work for The Savoy as Group Sales Director, before entering the SaaS sector with a stint at TSA Solutions. Hannah then worked for Fourth, with clients such as Wagamama and Wahaca, and, most recently, she was the Head of BD at HGEM, where she worked with clients including Greene King, Brewdog, and Pret a Manger. In her role at Ordamo, Hannah’s strong understanding of the hospitality tech landscape and appreciation of how to develop strategic relationships is invaluable.

Daniel Potter

Chairman

Danny is the founder and co-owner of the award-winning inamo restaurant group. Founded in 2005 and now with sites in Soho, Covent Garden and Camden, inamo is the industry leader in projection based interactive ordering. As a named inventor of the patented E-Table system, Danny has been integrally involved in hardware and software design, as well as the design of end-to-end sequence of service and restaurant processes. He offers first-class strategic insight into hospitality tech and the transformation of customer experience thanks to his role in the development of inamo’s groundbreaking technology. Danny was educated at Oxford University where he received a masters degree in Physics, and is studying a masters in behavioural science at the LSE.
