Sales Executive

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Team Member to join this exciting hospitality tech start up. You will match Ordamo’s functionality to the customers’ business goals, delivering greater business value. You will be asked to complete a wide range of tasks which may include conducting product demonstrations, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, assisting with on-boarding clients, participating in meetings and assisting any of us in whatever is required to achieve success.

We are a small bunch of highly talented and very experienced individuals who have come together to make a winning team and turn our start up business into a global venture. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required but more than anything, have a passion and desire to work hard, learn fast, and strive for success.

Reporting to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the team and completing allocated tasks
  • Learning the product, conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients
  • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events and exhibitions
  • Liaising with clients, vendors and suppliers on behalf of the company
  • Updating documents and client records
  • Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
  • Observing and carrying out sales processes
  • Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
  • Contributing ideas to drive efficiency and growth
  • Keeping a log of customer events, everything learned, and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders
