Operations Team Member

Ordamo have developed a best-in-class digital ordering solution, available via our cloud-based mobile platform, tabletop tablets, and kiosks. Today, our platform provides a suite of integrated services that allow stakeholders to deliver seamless experiences for their customers.

About the Role

Working alongside the rest of the operations team, your role will be to bring onboard new customers by building their menus, setting up hardware and providing training. You will also provide on going support to existing customers including participation in an out of hours on call rota. We are looking for people with good customer service skills who understand the nuances of restaurant menus. Good basic technical skills are also important.

We are looking for staff who will be mainly  office/home based with occasional visits to customers and also staff who will spend the majority of their time visiting customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Work with new customers to understand and build their menus into the Ordamo solution.
  • Provide customer training on the Ordamo platform.
  • Setup printers and tablets for customers.
  • Provide support on the Ordamo solution to existing customers (including on call out of hours)

Qualifications and Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of F&B operations and the challenges facing owners and managers.
  • Good basic technical skills (e.g. the ability to manipulate spreadsheets)
  • Knowledge of POS systems will be an advantage.
 

 

Sales Executive 

We are searching for a committed, deadline-driven Sales Team Member to join this exciting hospitality tech start up. You will match Ordamo’s functionality to the customers’ business goals, delivering greater business value. You will be asked to complete a wide range of tasks which may include conducting product demonstrations, identifying business opportunities, managing email campaigns, generating sales leads, making cold calls, assisting with on-boarding clients, participating in meetings and assisting any of us in whatever is required to achieve success.

We are a small bunch of highly talented and very experienced individuals who have come together to make a winning team and turn our start up business into a global venture. You should be able to take instruction, but also work unsupervised when required but more than anything, have a passion and desire to work hard, learn fast, and strive for success.

Reporting to the Director of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the team and completing allocated tasks
  • Learning the product, conducting desktop research, or gathering information through surveys or by speaking to clients
  • Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events and exhibitions
  • Liaising with clients, vendors and suppliers on behalf of the company
  • Updating documents and client records
  • Reviewing sales performance against sales targets
  • Observing and carrying out sales processes
  • Identifying potential weaknesses and offering improvement suggestions
  • Contributing ideas to drive efficiency and growth
  • Keeping a log of customer events, everything learned, and delivering presentations to staff and other stakeholders
